Founded in December 2012 by Caroline Walerud, Alper Aydemir, Miroslav Kobetski and Rasmus Göransson, Volumental has a simple vision - to revolutionise the way we buy footwear. Born of pioneering PhD research at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden, Volumental is combining computer vision, artificial intelligence and big data to reinvent the retail experience, both on and off-line.

Our international team of 30 is constantly growing. Comprising ten nationalities with five PhDs and expertise in 3D reconstruction, computer vision, design, programming and business development, our staff brings together experts from the very best academic institutions and leaders from the world of tech and business. We are always looking for great new people to join the team. Make sure to check out our jobs page for upcoming vacancies.
